Booking & Cancellation
Booking
- Bookings can be made a maximum of 3 months before the trip start date and a minimum of 6 hours before the trip commencement time.
- Booking options include our website, www.M R TOUR & TRADERS.in, or by calling our customer support number at +7982591079
- Customers are required to make an initial deposit for their booking, calculated based on distance and estimated travel duration. This deposit will be adjusted with the final amount at the trip's end for outside travel or event bookings.
- Customers can make an online request without payment and confirm later by logging into their M R TOUR & TRADERS account and paying the advance.
- Online bookings without advance payment will prompt a call from our customer support team for confirmation.
- A car will be assigned at least 4 hours before departure, with customers receiving email and SMS confirmation including car and Chauffeur details. Drive will report at destination 15 minute advance from the schedule time.
- Guests/Customers must present the booking trip number/Travel ID received via WhatsApp or a printed booking confirmation for identification.
Trip Completion and Settlement
- Upon trip completion, final payment is made through M R TOUR & TRADERS billing link via RTGS/Debit/Credit/UPI, or directly to the chauffeur if instructed.
- Final payment equals the total cost minus any advance payment made. Settlement is done through M R TOUR & TRADERS billing department.
- If the final amount is less than the advance deposit, M R TOUR & TRADERS will refund the excess to the customer.
- A booking is closed only after full and final settlement by the customer.
Booking Modifications
- Modifications involve changes in the trip end date, which can be extended or shortened. Start date changes require trip cancellation and re-booking, subject to cancellation policy.
- No additional charges apply for modifications (extension or shortening). Final settlement occurs after trip closure, with potential adjustments based on the modification.
- Modification requests should be made via M R TOUR & TRADERS customer support number or email, with prompt confirmation.
- Modifications are permitted even after trip commencement and applicable charge will apply.
Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must be made through M R TOUR & TRADERS customer support.
- Cancellation more than 3 days (72 hours) before pick-up incurs no penalty; full advance is refunded, deducting transaction charges.
- Cancellation 48-72 hours before pick-up incurs a 50% penalty deduction from the advance deposit, with the remainder refunded.
- Cancellation 0-24 hours before pick-up results in a 100% penalty deduction from the advance deposit.
- If the cancellation occurs after the cab reaches the pickup point, a minimum charge of 250 km for outstation or 50% of 1 day's local usage charge (8 hours-80 km) applies.
- In the event of a breakdown, M R TOUR & TRADERS may offer a substitute vehicle or refund the balance amount, at its discretion.
